Sample Projects

Here is a sampling of some of the most interesting and rewarding situations we have worked in:

1. Orenco Station. We created a new master plan, increased product flexibility, reduced costs, negotiated a fast-track approvals process and got construction underway. All in less than six months. We have also helped program or turn around creative mixed-use projects up and down the West Coast, and in Texas, the Carolinas and Florida .


2. 888 Blvd. of the Arts. (Sarasota, FL) Turning around a five-year-old problem project, we assembled and managed a top-flight development team of professionals that created a five-fold sales increase and sold this project out!


3. Surrey City Centre. (Surrey, B.C.) We oversaw the development planning and due diligence investigations that turned this failing shopping center into a new suburban downtown that has won international awards.


4. Port Quendall. (Renton, WA) We saved the owner millions of dollars in costs. We reigned in control and spending on consultants, negotiated final approvals for the environmental clean-up, and created a new strategy for its use.


5. RTC Financing Ventures. (Portland, OR & TX) We helped create a new line of business in work out finance for the subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company. We wrote the business plan, found the first client and negotiated a profitable $10 million transaction secured by more than 80 different properties.
