Rod Stevens, Principal
Over the course of a 25-year real estate career, Rod has managed developments and investments valued at up to $300 million.
Rod has a joint command of both marketing and finance. He is equally adept at understanding the needs of people who live, work and shop in urban centers, and at determining whether a new venture targeted at them will make financial sense.
Working in the real estate division of two large financial institutions, Rod proved his talents as a project manager, problem solver, and someone who could communicate in the board room. He has honed his skill at providing flexible solutions that accommodate tight budgets and timelines.
Rod is a native of Portland who has also lived and worked in San Francisco and Vancouver, BC, where he helped create innovative projects in these dynamic and progressive cities. He has also worked on projects in 15 other states and provinces.
Rod graduated from Stanford University (BA in History) and from Dartmouth's Amos Tuck School of Business (M.B.A., General Management), where he was recognized as a Tuck Scholar for academic achievement.
Rod Stevens lives with his wife Erin and two growing children in a Victorian hamlet on Bainbridge Island, near Seattle. He volunteers his time on education and growth issues, and has been a lifelong competitive swimmer.©2007 Spinnaker Strategies | 206.780.0553
